2024 Colorado Legislative Session
CWMA has been active for the start of the 2024 legislative session! Our legislative committee has engaged with two bills: supporting SB24-031 (Local Authority to Enforce Violations of the Noxious Weed Act) and opposing HB24-1178 (Local Government Authority to Regulate Pesticides). We are tracking HB24-1117 (Invertebrates and Rare Plants Parks and Wildlife Commission).
